These terms apply to tickets purchased for HerHustle Live ("the event"), organised by Alex Brown Consultancy Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a ticket purchase you agree to these terms.
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The event has a maximum capacity of 100 attendees. Once sold out, no further tickets will be available.
Your ticket is personal to you and is non-transferable without our prior written consent. Tickets may not be resold.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct at the time of purchase.
A limited number of early bird tickets are available at a discounted price via a promotional code. Early bird pricing applies to the first 40 tickets sold using the code. Once those tickets are sold, the code will no longer be valid and tickets will revert to the standard price. We cannot retrospectively apply discounts.
By you: Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date (i.e. on or after 4 September 2026). Before that date, you may request a refund by emailing alexbrownconsultancyltd@gmail.com. Refund requests made more than 14 days before the event will be considered and processed within 10 working days where approved. We reserve the right to decline refund requests at our discretion.
By us (event cancellation): In the unlikely event that HerHustle Live is cancelled by us, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred (such as travel or accommodation).
Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, speakers, or schedule. We will communicate any significant changes to ticket holders by email.
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive or harmful to others, without refund.
By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed at the event. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a member of the team know on the day.
A portion of proceeds from the event supports The Ben Kinsella Trust. Donations made via our JustGiving page are processed directly by JustGiving and are subject to their terms. Ticket prices are not themselves charitable donations for tax purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alex Brown Consultancy Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your attendance at or inability to attend the event. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price you paid for your ticket.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
